Description
It is often used in cool drinks, ice cream and desserts in Asia. In Philippines it is called Kaong and one of key ingredients in Halo Halo or fruit salad. In Thailand it is called Taan in China it is called Attap Chee. Indonesian name it is called Kolang Kaling.
Ingredients: sugar palm fruit, (62 %), water, refined cane sugar, acidulant (citric acid E330), artificial banana flavoring and preservative E222/sodium hydrogen sulifite.
